It is presented on the basis of fundamental laws of the
evolution of energy systems in nature a hypothesis of the origin of
"junk DNA". The noncoding DNA sequences originated according
to her on the base of a combination of genetic variability and
selection of these mutations in the evolution process of the “nucleic
bioenergy systems”.
