Building information modeling (BIM), it means a digital 
simulation of buildings with real information. Information 
connotation of just geometry description also contains a large 
number of non-geometric properties of information. Through 
discussion explores technologies such as BIM exhibition hall at an 
experimental building renovation of energy control systems of 
various types of applications, hoping to provide a new perspective 
to explore the building energy management.
